The front garden is revitalized with new planting areas and protective bollards, while the back garden will feature a new swimming pool and canopy area. A new deck on the first-floor balcony adds charm and utility.
Inside, a feature stair and three-story atrium connect the redesigned open-plan ground floor with the outdoors, maximizing natural light. The first floor includes new storage and a reconfigured layout for the feature stair, while the second floor adds a guest bedroom and bathroom, with a skylight brightening the new bathroom.
Solar panels on the flat roof highlight our commitment to sustainability. This design elevates the quality of life and seamlessly integrates with its surroundings.
