Overview

This contemporary masterpiece utilises passive solar design, water recycling, and sustainable materials to create a stunning architectural marvel that respects the delicate coastal ecosystem. Experience coastal living in perfect harmony with nature.

The newly designed extension features a master bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. Given the north-facing orientation of the extension, the placement of windows and skylights was carefully considered to maximize the ingress of natural light.

Additionally, two skylights are proposed on the existing south-facing roof. One skylight is positioned in the new bathroom, enhancing both natural ventilation and light, while the other strategically illuminates the stairwell, extending all the way down to the ground floor.

The redesign of the top floor slab creates a double-height space, further optimizing the flow of natural light between the levels.
